Museum Quang Ninh
Quang Ninh Museum is a landmark cultural work of Quang Ninh City, designed by renowned architect Salvador Pérez Arroyo. The building features a distinctive form resembling massive coal blocks — a symbol of the region’s historic coal mining industry.
Located along the shores of Cua Luc Bay, the museum preserves and exhibits the historical and cultural values of Quang Ninh with more than 30,000 valuable artifacts from prehistoric times to the modern era. It is a compelling cultural destination for visitors to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ha Long Bay.

Quang Ninh Library is part of the Museum–Library complex and serves as the province’s leading center of information and knowledge. With a modern, open design and a rich collection of books, the library meets the learning and research needs of local residents and visitors alike.
